1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SMS Dashboard at app.mediland.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SMS Dashboard is a bulk SMS sending platform that allows users to send SMS messages to mobile phones. The Service includes:

  • Single and bulk SMS sending capabilities
  • Delivery reports and message tracking
  • Account management and balance tracking
  • API access for programmatic SMS sending

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity
  • Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Send fraudulent, deceptive, or phishing content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Send illegal content or promote illegal activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Send messages that violate mobile carrier policies

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payments and Credits

  • SMS credits must be purchased in advance
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Unused credits do not expire
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for different destinations

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or system updates
  • Factors beyond our control (carrier issues, network problems)

7. Message Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver messages, we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors including:

  • Invalid or unreachable phone numbers
  • Carrier filtering or blocking
  • Network congestion or outages
  • Recipient device issues

Credits are deducted upon message submission, not delivery confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SMS Dashboard and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMS Dashboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Message delivery failures
  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss or security breaches

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
